A special meeting of the Great Meadows Regional Board of Education was scheduled to be held on Monday, April 18, 2005, at 5:00 PM at Great Meadows Middle School, Independence Township.

ROLL CALL:

Present: Helene Armstrong, Susan Cullen, Amy Dieteman, and Cynthia Russo.

Absent: Peggy Faulborn, Robert Jones, Joe Mahal, Steve Tierney, and Glenn Williams.

There were 0 members of the public in attendance.

The purpose of the meeting was to meet with the Superintendent Candidate.

Since there was not a quorum of the board, no official meeting took place.
