·    ·    By-Laws: Revamp the by-laws; create a change summary and absentee ballots.

·   ·    PTO Meeting:

Run the meetings.

Assemble all meeting agendas.

·    ·    Coordinating gifts for outgoing officers, superintendent, Secretary’s Day, etc.

·    ·    Proofreading PTO meeting minutes.

·    ·    Coordinating PTO Secretary’s work: Meeting announcements and changes Thank you, get-well cards

Directory changes

·    ·    Revamping Back-to-school packet info letters

 

·    ·    Back-to-school packet info: Redesign letters, forms and questionnaires

 

·    ·    Collect payments for all committees.

·    ·    Send letters for delinquent payments, bounced checks and any letters relating to receivables or payables for the Liberty PTO.

·    ·    Produce Monthly and Accumulative Treasurer's Reports.

·    ·    Organize prior year’s financial records.

·    ·    Make deposits to bank.

·    ·    Write checks for outstanding bills.

·    ·    Support any committees and officers where needed.

·    ·    School Newsletter:  Any PTO news for the school newsletter

·    ·    Agenda:  Set up agenda one week ahead of meeting.  Copies go to Mr. Batha and president for anything that they would like to add.

·    ·    Minutes of meetings: Copies go to Mr. Batha and PTO Officers in the PTO mailbox, the PTO bulletin board, and the teacher’s lounge.

·    ·    Email Mrs. Kosiorek Agenda and Minutes for website.

·    Correspondence: Thank you letters for guest speakers at meetings, donations from stores for committees.

·    ·    Send a letter to the BOE for any donations to the school.

·    ·    Special Agenda Items:

  SeptemberReading and approval of by-laws

   March:  Nomination of officers

   April:  Election of new officers

   June:  New officers take over

·    ·    Babysitters for the PTO meetings: Setup schedule in beginning of year or call for each meeting.

 Remember to call them if the meeting dates have changed.

·    ·    Committee Sheets: Bring them to each meeting for people to sign up.  They can also be posted on the PTO bulletin board.

·    ·    Support any committees and officers where needed
