Part 1: "What, Where, When?"

Part 2: "Leonardo’s Perspective"

Part 3: "Inventor’s Workshop"

CLICK on "Inventor’s Workshop".  Read the page, then CLICK on "Leonardo’s Mysterious Machinery" and guess what each drawing is supposed to be.
 
 
 
 

After doing so (by the way, how did you do?), CLICK on "Visions of the Future".  Read the page.  CLICK on each picture and see how Leonardo envisioned these things during his lifetime.
 
 
 

Leonardo Da Vinci died in 1519, hundreds of years before these "visions" were invented.  Wouldn’t you agree that he was "a man before his time?"  In the space below, write a paragraph about Da Vinci, the inventor…the visionary.  Would you consider him a genius?  A "man before his time"?  Explain.
 
 


Part 4: "Leonardo: Right to Left."

CLICK on "Leonardo: Right to Left".   Read the page.  Answer: "Why do you think Leonardo wrote in reverse?"
