Our Kindergarten Curriculum

 
 
 
Building Young Minds

 

     We have a balanced reading program.
The program is literature-based with a strong phonetic foundation.
     We use the University of Chicago Everyday Math program.
     We use the McGraw Hill Adventures in Time and Space program in Social Studies.
     In Science, we use a variety of hands-on activities and we keep a science journal.
     Our handwriting is Open Court.
     Totally Awesome Health, published by Meeks Heit is our health program.
     We visit the computer lab about every other week.
