We keep any correspondence or class work in our folder. Folders should be emptied each day. Look for our weekly school newsletter and our weekly class newsletter. The class newsletter will tell you what we will be doing in class. Monthly calendar will tell you about birthdays and classroom events.
We enjoy several field trips and parties each year. The head room mother will coordinate the parties. We celebrate birthdays at snack time. We participate in Library class, Art class and Gym class. Your child must wear sneakers on gym day.
We have snack every day. Snack and drink should be brought from home every day. Milk may be purchased.
When a stuffed animal comes home with a journal, please write in the journal and return it to school on the next school day. The animal may be washed or you may spray it with disinfectant.
We have computers in our class and children may play educational games during free time.
We use parent volunteers to help with our reading program which begins mid-year.
