Challenged to Jump!
Students will
be timed during P.E. classes. If a student attempts the challenge and is not
successful, they may try it again in their next P.E. class. The objective
of this challenge is to motivate the students to increase their cardio-respiratory
endurance, muscle endurance, agility, and coordination. Students who
wish to borrow a jump rope to take home and practice with may pick one up in
the main office. The students may return the ropes at the end of their PE
jump rope unit. Good luck to all and start JUMPING!
