FIELD DAY

Field Day has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 2nd (rain date will be June 9th).  Please be sure your child is dressed accordingly and has a water bottle!

PTO NEWS

Thank you Sonny's Pizza for their donation to the May Teacher Appreciation buffet!

Many heartfelt thanks to Charlene Prouflias, our Treasurer for the past three years, and Lisa Siebens, our Co-President for the last year.  Your time, dedication and hard work to insure our kids received the very best are sincerely appreciated by the entire PTO.  You've both done a wonderful job and will truly be missed!

Welcome to our new Treasurer, Erika Ackerman.  We know you will be great in your new position!

Colleen Makarevich has kindly volunteered to fill the open Co-President position, however, will withdraw her nomination should anyone else be interested.  Nominations will be accepted until the last day of school, June 14th.  If you are interested, please contact Colleen, who is the Nominating Committee chairperson, at her e-mail address colleenmak@comcast.net (preferred) or call her at 637-6995.  Since we cannot vote on officially filling the position until our September meeting, Colleen has graciously offered to serve as "acting" Co-President through the summer months (if no one else is interested).  Thank you so very much, Colleen!

Field Day has been re-scheduled to

Thursday, June 2nd.  If the weather looks questionable, please call the auto attendant at 637-4790 for cancellation information.  If you would like to help out with Field Day, please e-mail Chair Colleen Makarevich at colleenmak@comcast.net (preferred) or call her at 637-6995.

5th Grade Send-Off is scheduled for Wednesday, June 8th.  If you are interested in participating in any way, please contact either of the following Chairs:  Sue Lechner at 637-8127 or Diane Francis at 637-4383.
