Supply List for Third
Grade
- Scissors
- Colored pencils or crayons (no markers, please)
- Glue stick (one in the desk at a time)
- Extra pencils (please sharpen pencils, and use
a permanent marker to write their name up by the eraser.)
- Extra erasers (pencil cap erasers are the best)
- One pencil box to hold all items above
- Pencil sharpeners will NOT be allowed. (too
messy)
- One homework folder (to be used when the one we
give them on the first day falls apart.)
Please do not buy a Trapper
Keeper (they take up too much room in the desk).

Grade
- Colored pencils
- Markers (not permanent markers)
- 1 pencil bag
- 8 two-pocket folders (1 for each subject: Math/Science/SS/LA/Guided
Reading/Music/Health/Spanish)
- 3 marble composition notebooks
- 1 container of wipes
- 3 stretchable jumbo size fabric book
covers
- 3 sharpened pencils
- Erasers
- 1 box of plastic bags (either sandwich or
gallon size)
Please write your name on
your supplies with a permanent marker.
Don’t forget to put the subject on each folder.
Supply List for Fifth Grade
- 3 hardbound composition notebooks (not spiral
type, but rather the sewn type)
- 4 pocket-style folders (please choose the kind that have the pockets that are horizontal along
the bottom and not vertical along the side of the folder.) Mark one each “HOMEWORK”, “WRITING”, “MATH”, AND “SOCIAL
STUDIES”.
- 1 pencil pouch/bag to hold small
supplies (preferable to a box, as they do not fit into our desks well)
- 1 or 2 good erasers
- 2 “EXPO” dry erase markers (any color, not
fine point)
- 1 brightly-colored marker to use for editing
work…purple works well for this
- 1 package of colored pencils and/or markers for
personal use
- 1 clean, white sock to act as a whiteboard
eraser
- 1 or 2 highlighter markers
- 2 jumbo/extra large size fabric,
stretchable style book covers
- 1 nice, strong backpack (preferable not the
rolling style)
Please
do not bring the “Trapper Keeper” style binder or any other 3-ring binder
system, as they take up quite a bit of room, and we will not need to use them
throughout the year.
