2005 SUMMER READING CLUB 2005

DIRECTIONS

1. Print out the Summer Reading Log.

2. List the title and number of pages for each book you read.

3. Rate each book from one (lowest) to five (highest) stars.

4.Look at the points list (see below) and assign each book the appropriate number of points. 

(If a book fits into more than one category, choose the category with the highest number of points.)

5. Total the number of points on each reading log sheet you complete.

6. Return your completed Reading Log to Mrs. O'Connor during the first week of school in September.

7. E-mail Mrs. O'Connor if you read something terrific or if you would like a personal book suggestion.
