10:46-11:23- 6/7/8 Combined Chorus Rehearsal

12:30- 7/8 Band report to stage to tune

1:00- 6^th grade Band report to the stage for Fine Tuning

1:10- 6/7/8 Chorus Only Students to the gym

1:15-2:20—School Concert Assembly (Stage Crew Reset Stage for Evening Concert)

Evening Concert: 7:00-8:30 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.)

6:00 p.m.—7/8 Band report to media center (warm-up/tune)

then wait for line-up signal from the runners

and proceed quietly to the stage.

6:25 p.m.-- 6 Band report to Art room (warm-up/tune) 6th Band goes

on first and will line-up in order and proceed quietly to the stage at 6:55 p.m. w/Mrs. Revak

6:45 p.m.- 6/7/8 Chorus report to Music Room (warm-up voices)

then wait for line-up signal from the runners

and proceed quietly to the stage.

(7:00 p.m.---Holiday Concert begins and lasts until 8:30 p.m.

Concert Performing Order: 6 Band, 7/8 Band, 7/8 Flute Ensemble,

6^th Low Brass Ensemble, 8^th Chorus, 6/7/8 Chorus

After Concert: Instrumental Students take stands, blue chairs and all percussion instruments to BACK of Music Room before leaving.
