    Congratulations!  Your grant was approved last night at the PTO meeting!

    There are 2 ways for you to have your grant paid:

    1.       You can purchase the item(s); submit a copy of the receipt(s) with the Reimbursement Request form (see attached) and send them to me, C/O ________________(teacher’s name).  I will then reimburse you.

    2.       You can send an invoice to me and I will make a check out to the company.  I will then send the check back to you so you can make the purchase.

    NOTE:  Since the PTO is a tax-exempt organization, you may be able to buy the item without paying tax.  If you need the tax-exempt form, please let me know and I will send you a copy.  If no form is needed and you just need the tax-exempt number, it is ____________________.  The official name of the organization is Great Meadows Regional School District PTO (GMRSD PTO).
