• Grant Procedures

     

    1.     Complete the grant request form and attach 3 price quotes of the requested item.

    2.     Administrator and/or teacher must present the PTO Officers with the grant request form and 3 price quotes prior to the PTO meeting.

    3.     Administrator and/or teacher must attend the monthly PTO meeting.

    4.     Teacher must present all requests and purchases to their School Principal.

    5.     Administrator and/or teacher must answer any questions regarding the request from the PTO Officers.

    6.     Administrator and/or teacher are able to make one request per school year.
