The upcoming BOE reorganization meeting on Tuesday, January 5th, 2020 will be held virtually via the Google Meet platform. This meeting will be livestreamed and recorded. Any member of the public that requests to join this meeting interactively is subject to being recorded and having this recording be posted to the district website.
Any member of the public wishing to join the meeting in an interactive manner must email the district account firstname.lastname@example.org before the deadline of January 4th 2021 at 4 p.m. Please include the subject line "BOE Meeting" in your email. Once an email has been received from a member of the public requesting access to the interactive meeting they will have their email address added to the meeting participants list. They will, once added to the participant list, then receive an email to that address with the link to join the Google Meet. This link will become active and participants will gain access once the organizer starts the meeting and grants access to the participant at the time of the scheduled meeting.
For members of the public that would like to join the meeting via telephone only they must email the district account email@example.com or call the board office at 908-637-8672 before the deadline of January 4th 2021 at 4 p.m. They will be given the phone and access code needed to join the meeting once their email or phone call has been received.
All members of the public joining the meeting either interactively via Google Meet or via telephone will be required to mute their microphone until the Board of Education President has said the meeting has reached the designated time for public comments. If any member of the public has not muted their microphone during non-public comment time will have their microphone muted by the meeting organizer.
Any member of the public acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Board Of Education President or the District Superintendent is subject to being removed from the meeting.
The meeting will also be available for those members of the public that wish to view but not participate. They can do so using the livestream link provided below.

Anyone viewing the meeting in this fashion may submit public comment on agenda items by emailing . Public comment on non-agenda items can be sent to . All comments must be received by 4 p.m. on Monday, January 4th.
Anyone from the public can view the meeting as long as they log in with a gmrsd.com account. Staff members and students can use their Great Meadows google account. Members of the public that do not have a Great Meadows google account should login as firstname.lastname@example.org using the password of GreatMeadows!. This account and the Live Stream will open a few minutes before the advertised start time of 7:00 PM and will close upon proper adjournment of the meeting by the members of the Board of Education.
