• PTO COMMUNICATION PROCEDURE

    1.     Send all PTO communications to the PTO President to proofread and approve.

    2.     Send all PTO communications to the School Principal for approval; and ask for
            permission to distribute flyers to the student body and to post on the GMRSD website.
    3.     PTO will purchase paper to print the flyers that need to go out with prior approval from
            the PTO President and Principals.
    4.     Flyers will go out once, and from there the PTO Officers will direct all parents to the
            GMRSD website to see posted information for the PTO.

    5.     Send PTO communications to Michael Hann to post on the GMRSD website, under PTO.

    6.     Michael Hann will send out a district email twice a month to direct parents to the
            GMRSD website.
    7.     Short cuts for the current and past PTO communications on the GMRSD website.

    8.     A PTO email list will be worked on in the 2011 – 2012 school year.
