GMRSD School Directory Information
This form will be used to update student information in the school student directories. The student directory is an extremely helpful tool to parents, students and PTO officers. This year we are combining the information and creating one directory for both Liberty and Central schools. If your child was in either the Central or Liberty directory last year, please review the information and make any necessary changes below. If your child is new to the school district, please complete all information below.Please return this form to your child’s teacher by Friday, September 16th. Please fill out a separate form for each child. If we do not receive your form(s), then we cannot guarantee your information will be accurate in the final directory. It is our goal to get the directories printed and distributed by the end of September, so we need your data as soon as possible. We will have a Student Directory Cover Design Contest (please see separate form). Students may draw a cover design and submit it prior to Back To School Night in order to be included in the voting process. We will have one winner from each school for the front and back cover art.
